The first step of our process is always a discussion about the design. Then, we will provide you with an estimate within 24 hours.
If you agree to the quote, we will send a member of our design team and a surveyor to make final measurements. You will need to approve these before the production process begins. Once production is complete, we will deliver and install your product.

Our product range beings with your imagination. From supplying bi-folding doors as the only company in the UK to fire-rated units as well as thermally broken W50 & W75 and Internal B20 slim, W20 crital look. We base our doors on the best materials supplied from Switzerland.
We operate predominantly within a maximum of 200miles around London. There are exceptions depending on the project sizes with additional charges.
Yes, we offer fire-rated units for all the hinged doors, such as Single, Double, or Partitions.
Black Steel Doors is one of the leading companies providing wide-scale sizes for fire-rated units. Our fire-rated doors or screens can be up to 2000mm Width and 2500mm Height.
Yes, we supply thermally broken units such as W50 & W75, which you can find more information about by visiting our website. One of the most significant advantages of thermally broken units is that they are the most eco-friendly products you can find, keeping the temperature always right.
Our company offers one of the widest varieties of glass types you can imagine. We can make your vision of the perfect space a reality. Depending on what you would like to achieve, from privacy with the fluted, tinted, or frosted glass to a clear option to open up your space.
Yes, customers are most welcome to provide their own handles. Although, the project manager must check with the production that the chosen handle can be used with the design of the doors.
Yes, we provide different finishes options for hinges and handles with some units, such as Internal W20 or Bi-folding doors. Unfortunately, with some of the profiles, the colour of the handles or the hinges cannot be changed.
Although you can select different types of glass in nearly any profile we offer, the fire-rated doors must have clear glass because only the clear glass has passed the Global assessment, which we provide certification.
Customers are most welcome to visit our showroom at their most convenient time within our opening hours. Although we do advise you to make an appointment with one of our project managers as they are not always available to assist immediately. We also advise our customers to send the details of their projects prior to the appointment so that our project managers can prepare a quote or a few designs to discuss with them.
Yes, we have a range from single, double, or triple-glazed units in our offer.
Yes, we do offer surveyor visits. Our experienced team will take the measurements for you.
Our company offers a complete package of services for our customers, including the installation process.
Yes, Black Steel Doors offer a comprehensive package of services, including preparation of the openings. It is highly recommended to use our services for preparation of the openings as in a case if the opening is not correctly prepared on the day of the booked installation, there is an additional fee.
Pre-installation checks are one of the most important checks that our clients are advised to consider. Although there is an additional fee for this service, the client is protected from further much higher costs if in the worst-case scenario, the site is not correctly prepared for our team on the day of the booked installation.
Black Steel Doors specialise in 100% steel materials, our company does not use any alternative options such as aluminium. Steel is a unique and luxury product which is what we aim to provide our customers with.
